Choices

My choices dictate the outcomes in my life. I choose joy, peace, and prosperity.

I can’t control everything in my life, but I can control what I put in my body.

I don't get to choose what happens to me in life, but I do get to choose how I react.

I get to choose my happiness, my attitude, and how much effort I put in.

I eat two meals per day and I do not snack. Steak, salt, butter, and water are the foundation of my carnivorish diet. 

Consistency is King

Small, consistent steps repeated daily turn into long-term lasting results.

Every action I take is a vote for the person I’d like to become.

Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not. Genius will not. Education will not. Persistence and dedication are omnipotent.

Habits
