There are thousands of ways to chase better health — but only a handful that actually carry the weight. In this foundational episode, Coach Becker breaks down the half dozen (or so) non-negotiables that build a genuinely healthy life, plus one simple first move for each so you can start today without the overwhelm.
**The 7 Pillars (and your first move):**
1. Eat Real Food — swap one processed staple for the real version
2. Avoid Toxins — go after fragrance first, then one more swap (glass over plastic, or one clean personal-care product)
3. Sleep Like It's Your Job — hold the same wake time for 7 days straight
4. Move Your Body — one daily non-negotiable walk, ideally after a meal
5. Get Healthy Sun Exposure — 10 minutes of morning sun, no sunglasses
6. Build Strength — pick 2–3 basic movements and start this week
7. Manage Stress — one daily practice: breath, prayer, or a phone-free walk
